Hi Everyone,

We hope you are all well and your kids are looking forward to getting back into the pool.

We apologise for the lack of recent information but, as mentioned at presentation night, several new requirements for hiring the pool have been introduced for this season and we have been struggling to navigate those. Today the school has notified us of how to satisfy one final requirement, which relates to the need for a pool lifeguard. We still have some work to do on this but we expect to reach agreement on a way forward this week with the expectation of getting our season underway this Friday night (October 7th) as expected.

We have introduced a modest increase of $25 per family for this season to cover additional costs of pool hire and obligations etc, this is the first increase in a number of years.

The season sign on form is also ready, please submit one for your family if you have not already done so for the coming season.

We will also be holding a meeting this Thursday night for anyone that would like to help out or is interested in hearing more about what has been going on behind the scenes during the off season. More on this later in the week.
